Small enough to care, established enough to rely on
We build websites for South African businesses, host them properly, and stay reachable long after the invoice is paid.
Why we started
Too many small businesses had been sold a website they could not edit, hosted somewhere they could not reach, by someone who had stopped replying.
ITRIX was set up to be the opposite of that. We keep the team small on purpose, so the person who builds your site is the person who picks up when you call about it. We quote a fixed price before we start. We register your domain in your name. And if you ever decide to leave, we help you pack rather than making it difficult.
Our prices are competitive, but plenty of people are cheap. What keeps clients with us for years is that we're still here, still answering, three years after launch.
Four things we'll not budge on
Fixed quotes
The price we agree is the price you pay. If scope changes, we tell you before doing the work, not on the invoice.
Plain language
No jargon used to make simple things sound expensive. If we can't explain it clearly, we don't understand it well enough.
You own everything
Domain, content, hosting accounts and analytics, all registered in your name. We hold nothing hostage.
We answer
Under an hour during office hours, most days. Not a ticket in a queue, and not an auto-reply followed by silence.
From the corner shop to the enterprise
Trades, professional services, retailers, restaurants, consultancies, and companies with a few hundred staff. We work with all of them, and we size the job to the business rather than the other way round.
Nothing we build is off the shelf. A three-page site for a local shop and a custom system running a national operation get the same treatment: work out what you actually need, then build exactly that. Tailor made, whatever size you are.
The people you'll actually deal with
Helps small businesses get online without the jargon.
